The first ACZM Murray E. Fowler Lifetime Achievement Award was accepted by Audrey Fowler posthumously for Murray Fowler at the 2014 ACZM Business Meeting held at the Coronado Springs Hotel, Disney's Animal Kingdom. The ACZM Murray E. Fowler Lifetime Achievement Award was created to recognize significant lifetime contributions that have advanced the discipline of zoological medicine and exceptional commitment and contributions to the ACZM.
